Levels and abilities
Pilates Reformer: Reformer classes
offer a unique form of strength training
that uses the body's own resistance as
well as the spring tension and pulleys of
the Reformer machine! Weight bearing
exercise is emphasized to tone and
increase muscle mass while still following
the Pilates principles of alignment and
control. Class size is limited to 5 people
for personal attention and training!
Pilates Mat: Increase muscle tone,
improve posture, and develop core
muscles in our small group Mat classes.
The Pilates principles of alignment,
breath, and control are emphasized.
Challenge your stability, coordination,
and balance with props like the large
Stability ball, Fitness Circle, and
weighted balls that are used to increase
your total body workout!
Pilates Studio! Here we are focused on
small class sizes and personal
corrections and alignment so you can
deepen your practice or learn yoga with
the basics! So breathe deeply and have
fun in our Beginner friendly Yoga
classes! All Yoga Instructors are 200hr
Yoga Alliance Certified.
Well-Bodies: One of our most popular
classes, this class addresses issues  
that can lead to poor back health, such
as: like lack of core support, pelvic
instability, muscular imbalances, poor
posture, and lack of body awareness.
This unique class focuses on finding the
“true neutral” position of the spine and
strengthening the muscles that support
the skeletal system. Functional fitness,
a.k.a exercises that prepares you for the
rest of your life (walking around, lifting
kids, etc.) is the mainstay in this class.
